• The wood will be sawn at a size of 2x2x10cm.
• Drying wood to final moisture content < 10%.
• Use tools and machines to grind wood, creating a smooth and beautiful surface before applying paint or protective agent. The drilling and shaping stages are carried out by highly skilled Vietnamese craftsmen.

Step 3: Assemble the details of the pen

• Attach copper thread to the pen (Copper thread is machined by CNC machine with high precision, and plated with gold)
