Step 1: Prepare ingredients

The wood selected for the stabilization and dyeing method is wood with beautiful grain in the wood of Bang Lang Beaded wood (Nu Bang Lang).

Step 2: Wood processing and wood stabilization treatment

Wood is sawn to size 2x2x10cm and dried to a moisture standard of <10%.
Place the wood in vacuum Resin at high negative pressure so that the resin fills the tiny gaps in the wood. Dye is added during the wood stabilization process to create pieces of wood with attractive characteristic colors (usually about 8 – 10 days)
The wood is baked at a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius to solidify the wood stabilizer resin.
Then boil the wood in chemicals to ensure the wood dies completely for best stability.

Step 3: Check the quality of wood after stable treatment

Check the overall result after treatment, use specialized clear glue to fill the holes in the wood.
